Our core business is finding and buying land and property.

In the last 18 years we have identified and purchased 34 sites and over 300 individual houses across the UK for a variety of private and public sector clients.

We offer the following:

Building on free land

Do you know what you own? Do you know what it looks like? Does it have development potential?

You could do worse than ask us... We have worked for a variety of large residential landlords looking critically at their assets and providing reports on land they could sell, land they could redevelop and estates (and blocks) they could remodel.

Our clients have ranged from The Church Commissioners via large London local authorities to Four Housing Group and their successful stock transfer in Berwick upon Tweed.

We will show you simply, quickly and effectively how and where you can build new homes on land you already own.

Resident consultation

We have worked for local authorities, housing associations and charities consulting their residents, members and users in a number of different ways.

These have included:

  • STAR Surveys
  • Running Focus Groups
  • Election of Tenant Board Members
  • Assessing the views of specific ethnic minority groups in specific geographical areas
  • Consulting on parking arrangements and other local improvements
  • Multi-lingual survey forms
  • Use of translators

We have carried out this work across all types of tenure: tenants, lease holders, free holders, short life housing occupants and sheltered scheme residents.

We offer services that can provide surveys by post, email, telephone and 1 to 1 interview.

Other projects

We are happy to undertake confidential commissions where discretion and tact are essential.

Among the work we have carried out can be found the following:

  • Identification of land suitable for use as playing fields by a large well resourced private school catering for overseas students
  • Identification of land suitable for use as an out of borough cemetery by a crowded inner city authority with a large ethnic minority and non-Christian population
  • Identification of land suitable for use as travellers sites by both private and local authority clients
  • Mapping the ownership of all land and property in a specific area in advance of a future CPO
  • Decanting surveys – checking the eligibility of households due to be moved as part of major regeneration projects
  • Assembling a library of all the Section 106 Agreements in London for comparative research on behalf of a significant private sector developer
  • Arranging the disposal of surplus properties via auction for both local authority and housing association clients
